HOW TO CONSUME:

Add 1 tablespoon of the tea mix to 1.5 cups of hot water. Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes. Or boil it with 1.5 cups water for 5 mts.

Strain and drink warm.

Drink 1-3 cups daily in the weeks following childbirth.
Please note the mix, can be reused for a second time too.
